Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. OkiePaw® is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to address errors.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
